Individual Membership Application Process

Any Myanmar citizen wishing to join the association must submit an application using the prescribed form provided by the organization. The applicant must acknowledge and agree to abide by the association's rules and regulations by signing a declaration on the application form.When applying for membership, the applicant must be nominated by an existing member of the association. Additionally, the nomination must be supported and endorsed by another member of the organization.

The Executive Committee will review the application and conduct necessary inquiries to determine whether the applicant should be accepted as a member. The decision made by the committee shall be final and binding.

Membership Registration / Enrollment Regulations

According to Article 8 of the organization's bylaws, individuals seeking membership include digital printing business owners and signboard manufacturers across the states and regions of Myanmar. When such organizations or businesses establish a new association or join an existing one, their members can apply individually or collectively to become part of the association.

To join the Myanmar Digital Printing & Signboard Entrepreneurs Association (MDPSEA), individuals or organizations must complete the prescribed application form, which is available for separate submission.

Applicants should provide proof of their previous membership with relevant associations, such as membership cards, and evidence of annual dues payments.

Members can represent their organization as their official delegate or representative. Both individual applicants and organizational members are eligible to join the MDPSEA through the individual application process.

This process ensures transparent and organized membership registration, promoting active participation and collaboration among digital printing and signboard industry stakeholders across Myanmar.

Members’ Rights and Benefits

• Members have the opportunity to participate in technical exchange events, seminars, and training programs aimed at enhancing their advertising capabilities. This includes inviting domestic and international experts to share knowledge and skills.
• Members can access valuable information on local and international markets, including market conditions, pricing updates, trading news, and advertising technology systems.
• Members are permitted to use the association’s meeting hall for discussions related to their business affairs, with the approval of the central executive committee.
• If necessary, members can participate in working groups formed by the executive committee or in committees related to membership affairs to actively contribute.
• Distinguished members have the right to attend the association’s annual general meetings for discussion and exchange of ideas. However, they do not have voting rights.
• Members are also allowed to attend central executive meetings upon invitation by the President, providing an opportunity to engage in discussions.

Duties and Responsibilities of Members

• Members must pay their annual dues within the prescribed period.
• Members are required to comply with the rules and regulations established by the association.
• Members shall undertake and fulfill assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Members should avoid actions that undermine unity and harmony within the association.
• Members must refrain from making statements or engaging in behaviors that could harm other members, individuals, their businesses, or the organization itself.
• Additionally, members should avoid behaviors, comments, or criticisms with malicious intent that could cause harm or discord.
