Union Formation
Since 2016, in order to foster close relationships, mutual support, and coordinated efforts among digital printing business owners and signboard manufacturers within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Myanmar Digital Printing and Signboard Manufacturers Association was established.
On May 12, 2019, the association’s registration documents, bylaws, and executive committee list were officially approved, and leadership elections were conducted. The association was officially registered on January 3, 2020. Currently, the membership has grown to approximately 120 members.
In 2019, the association rented office space at the Yangon Innovation Center; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021, activities were temporarily halted. To reduce expenses, the association returned the office space at the Yangon Innovation Center and conducted meetings at members' offices and restaurants.
Read More Read LessDuring this period, the association organized speeches and exhibitions, and participated in trade fairs held in Thailand and China, gaining valuable insights. Moving forward, the association plans to continue implementing strategic initiatives to develop the industry further, maintaining strong support for its members, and promoting growth in digital printing and signboard businesses.
Our goal is to ensure the sustainability and advancement of the Myanmar Digital Printing and Signboard Manufacturers Association by working collaboratively among members, officials, and management teams. We hope to see the association grow successfully and achieve greater success. We sincerely pray for continued prosperity and development.
The Purpose of the Association
To foster close, family-like relationships, mutual support, and coordinated efforts among digital printing and signboard business owners within the Union of Myanmar, as well as related entrepreneurs.
To assist and collaborate in establishing associations in various regions, states, and divisions across the Union of Myanmar in accordance with the association’s bylaws and regulations.
To promote the growth and development of digital printing and signboard industries, along with related businesses, by enhancing their production capacity and economic progress.
To support and mediate in resolving disputes and conflicts among members relating to business matters.
All of the above objectives, whether wholly or partially related, or those that support and contribute to the growth and development of the association, shall be implemented based on the decisions made by the executive committee.
